Reading Volcanic Alert Levels

  2. Note the timestamp on the bulletin and treat anything older than the latest issuance as superseded.
  3. Locate your position relative to the declared permanent and extended danger zones.
  4. Confirm the evacuation route and assembly point for your zone before conditions change.
  5. Write down the agency bulletin channel so it can be rechecked without a search.
